TRAINING
Personalized performance training for the female youth athlete, centered on developing strength, speed, agility, and vertical power while creating a solid foundation for safe, confident competition.
Chrissy DeBruine is a Registered Nurse, Certified Elite Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Functional Medicine Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience coaching youth athletes. This program is thoughtfully designed to support female athletes as they advance in their sport—navigating puberty, growth spurts, and the unique physiological changes of the developing female body—so they can compete stronger, safer, and with greater confidence.

The Brazilian United Soccer Association is coming to Kiel to put on a 5 day soccer camp! Brazilian Soccer Camp is open to all kids aged 7 to 14, regardless of skill level. The camp focuses on developing technical soccer skills through engaging cultural activities, mini-tournaments, and lots of fun. Participants will make friends, learn new skills from professional Brazilian soccer coaches, and receive a customized evaluation card at the end of the camp. Monday to Friday.

Ages: Boys & Girls U6
Over six weeks, female athletes will build speed, agility, coordination, balance, and confidence through progressive, age-appropriate training. Each session builds on the previous week, helping athletes improve movement mechanics, change of direction, and overall athletic performance in a fun, supportive environment. Led by a Registered Nurse, Certified Personal Trainer, and licensed soccer coach, this program combines expert coaching with a safety-first approach to help athletes move better, faster, and stronger for any sport.
This program is for the female youth athlete that is ready to take their sport to the next level. Sessions will include running, agility, jump training, sprint work and change of direction training.
Program Highlights:
6 progressive weekly sessions
Focus on speed, agility, coordination, and injury prevention
Age-appropriate, structured development
Small group environment for personalized coaching
