EWSL and its communities do not support unsportsmanlike conduct from anyone, towards players, coaches, referees, spectators or anyone else involved with or present at EWSL events. If you witness improper conduct or behaviors, feel free to submit the following form.

This form can be submitted by club representatives, parents, coaches or spectators of EWSL.
